Thank you for your interest in booking an "in studio" session exclusively offered to the artistic team at Elmwood Gymnastics.

Unlike years past where the girls have taken their individual pictures at the gym during the holiday party chaos, we are trying a new approach that will allow each girl their own dedicated time. Our hope is that this will feel less chaotic AND result in a nicer end product that feels more authentic to each gymnast's style. These sessions are not mandatory, but if you wish to have your gymnast's season documented we hope you will take advantage of this exclusive limited opportunity designed specifically for competitive gymnasts.

*Please note :: this is the weekend of NOLA National Invitational, which the entire team competes in (Bronze - level 10). I understand that meet schedules come out closer to the meet itself. Therefore, I have these times blocked for Elmwood and am holding them - once you have your meet schedule in January, you are welcome to book at a time / day you are not competing that weekend. It is okay to wait to book as these spots are reserved for the team.

THE SESSION:

The studio is located in MidCity and the sessions are planned consecutively in intervals of 15 minutes. We'll work together to capture 3-5 poses in their 2024-2025 competition leotard. Time slots may be added to accommodate additional bookings on a same day. If you see a single day is full please reach out to Jillian to check on availability to accommodate an additional time slot. For sibling sessions please book more than one time slot back-to-back. The sessions are exclusively offered at this special pricing when booked through this link. If a gymnast needs a session booked outside of the dates provided sessions would start at $250 for a private booking.

 

A few notable details:

1. Please have 1-2 gymnast posing visuals prepared for the session. If your gymnast practices the pose in advance then we will be able to move through multiple poses within your session time.

2. We have a restroom to change at the studio but please arrive in advance of the session to be ready to walk on set for your scheduled time.

3. We have a variety of products to choose from to showcase your gymnasts portraits these options can be added on with this booking and they can be added in the gallery store where the images are previewed and ordered.

4. ICE credit can be used for booking. Use the coupon code ICE2024 at checkout.

5. You can expect a gallery link roughly 7-10 days after your session. At that time, you will select the image(s) for your package. At that time, you can ALSO add additional items, if you wish. In other words, you will be able to “shop” the gallery once you see your images.

• ALL packages are 15 minutes.

• Packages include various print options.

• A la carte specialty items will also be offered such as digital images, poster print and buttons. Prints and speciality items will be available to purchase in this link as well as in the gallery when you are previewing the proofs.

 

THE BOOKING PROCESS:

step 6: Submit a 50% deposit payment to secure your spot.

NOTE: We have a $35 reschedule fee. In the event for any reason need to change your session to the alternate available session date there is a $35 change session date fee within the week of the session.

Booking tip: If you look at the schedule and need a time slot earlier or later than what is available please check with Jillian to see if your time can be accommodated. For example if the first session is for 9:00am and you can come for 8:30am then we can generally add that time to the day.

Average turnaround time for gallery delivery is 7-10 days from the day of the session. (Not counting the day of the session.)
